<p>A: If your state is listed as a selectable state when you&rsquo;re joining, they we do ship to your state. We rely on a network of winery and retail licenses to ensure compliant delivery. These policies change from time to time.</p>

<h4>Q: Can I skip a wine club shipment?</h4>
<p>A: Absolutely. Whether you&rsquo;re going on vacation or you have enough wine in your house already, simply call us and we can skip a shipment for you.</p>

<h4>Q: Why do you recommend that I use a business address for my deliveries?</h4>
<p>A: The use of a business address can help expedite delivery by a day and often makes the signature requirement easier. Shipping to a business address will also eliminate the $2.50 residential surcharge.</p>

<h4>Q: Do I need to join a club in order to enjoy the wines?</h4>
<p>A: Not at all, we have many one-time options available, where you can select wines on your own.</p>

<h4>Q: What are the shipping and handling rates?</h4>
<p>A: This discounted wine club offer includes $9.99 shipping on the 4-pack wine option. If there is a separate order or another wine club option selection, the shipping and handling prices will be the same prices as below.</p>

<p>The prices listed are for the wines only, and shipping costs for wine within the continental U.S. are applied using the following rates and will be added to your transaction. The carrier and service speed may vary by state and time of year.</p>

<p>For all orders and club shipments of wine, shipping rates are applied per bottle according to the chart below. Quantities listed represent box sizes used for shipping. For quantities not listed, go to next higher quantity. Quantities over 12 will ship in two or more boxes.</p>

<p>For all orders and club shipments of wine to NY, NJ, ME, DC, MA, IN, AZ, TX, KS, MT, DE, RI, GA, FL, MI, CT, NC, NH, OH, SC, VA, VT, and WV an additional surcharge of 17% will be added to the shipment total. For all orders and club shipments of wine to PA and IL an additional surcharge of 20% will be added to the shipment total. For all orders and club shipments of wine to all other shippable states an additional surcharge of 8.5% will be added to the shipment total. Shipments to AK and HI will be charged an additional shipping surcharge of 30%.</p>

<p>For residential deliveries, a $2.50 surcharge will be applied. Because wine shipping regulations require an adult signature, having your wine shipments delivered to a business address is often the best choice. Members who have made the switch report a much better experience, and the $2.50 surcharge will be waived for shipments to business addresses. Call us anytime to make the switch.</p>
